Yes, we are a legitimate business whose goal is to provide high-quality services. We believe that marijuana should be made available to all licenced Canadians in a safe and responsible way.
If it is your first time ordering, we can pack up your order and send photos prior to your payment being made - for your peace of mind.
Is this legal?
Yes! As long as you are properly licenced with Health Canada. We pay our taxes; we are licenced. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are following the laws of your locality when coming into possession of marijuana/marihuana. See our Terms.
Please note that, as per common practice in the medical marijuana industry, we are selling the services of production and packaging. Legally, you are paying for our services, which include our time and relevant expenses - and the product comes as a result of our efforts. The amount of product produced is proportional to the cost of labour.
What about privacy?
Can someone tell what's in the envelope?
No. Everything is sent double bagged, double vacuum sealed, inspected, and most orders recieve camouflage. Our packages blend in with the other mail.
The #1 concern is cross contamination, and we prevent it!
When using Xpresspost envelopes, we use sealed opaque outer layer as a cushion, and a vaccum sealed inner layer for security.
I live close, can I come over and pick up my order?
No. We will not meet you in person for you to deliver up your order.
There will be no exceptions, ever.
Will you accept cheques, Paypal, or credit cards?
We cannot accept those methods of payment, currently. We take EMT, cash, and Bitcoin only. For more information see our Payments page.
Tip: If Paypal or Credit card is your only option, there are some sellers of Bitcoin that take Paypal and Credit Card. We make no recommendations however, as we do not have experience with any specific merchants.
I paid by EMT. I haven't recieved confirmation from Interac that the payment has been accepted.
We do not deposit the payment until your order is packaged.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship most orders within one day of receiving payment. Canada Post's Xpresspost can take from 2-5 business days to reach you, depending on where you live.
We only ship to Saskatchewan and the Territories on Tuesday mornings.
We reserve the right to hold orders for one additional business day, at our discetion, for any reason.
2016 Update: Due to a labour shortage, we will only be shipping Tuesday mornings and unscheduled days. We hope to improve this by fall.
Do I need to sign?
If you want us to request a signature, tell us each time you order. We do not charge extra.
Unless you request signature on delivery, you will not need to sign.
If you are asked to sign, check the package for a "signature required" sticker first. If it does not exist, the Canada Post worker is asking for a signature accidentally. If there is a sticker, it means that the package has been tampered with. You must sign for it, since there is no return address, but DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE. Leave it in your car or otherwise outside of your house for a week, and contact us immediately. We have never had this happen.
I think my package has been tampered with or damaged
As of late August 2016, we have never recieved this email. If you have concerns, send pictures prior to opening the package. We have had one lettermail order reported missing (Easter weekend of 2016) and the client did receive a successful re-shipment to the same address, but we no longer ship bud by lettermail as a result. We have also improved our lettermail methods, which now use oversized and bubble wrap. Statistically, we have a success rate of >99.9%.
Please note that when using Xpresspost envelopes, we use sealed opaque outer layer as a cushion, and a vaccum sealed inner layer for security. If the sealed outer layer (the "cushion") were to "pop", it would not compromise the security of the package.
Please contact us if said "popping" or any other damage occurs. We have done extensive packaging tests, and we have not been made aware of any issues - if we are made aware of such an issue, we will promptly change our mailing methods.
What happens if I don't get my order?
We generally offer one replacement order for free, but there are some exceptions. Please see our Guarantees Page for more information on lost orders.
As of May 2016, we have been informed of only one lost order (bud by lettermail), and we compensated the client.
What about larger orders?
We can not offer price breaks for larger orders and we do not ship packages of smokables containing above 150 grams.
Our goal is to provide a service for personal medicinal use only. We are not a profit seeking entity.
With that said, we are also not certified as a non-profit corporation.
Why is your email address .ru? Are you Russian?
No, we are Canadian. We just don't like the NSA and equivalents, and neither should you. We take your privacy seriously - Apple, Google, Microsoft and Yahoo do not.
